Our founder, Andrew Flake, strives to create a company culture defined by trust, respect, and loyalty. All of our employees have been with the company for a minimum of 10 years, and many of our contractors (based both on and off the island) have worked with us for 20 years or more. Our clients appreciate our discretion and the care we take to maintain their privacy.

We understand that building in a world that values efficiency and sustainability has become a science and that availing ourselves of the latest technologies and management techniques is essential. We’re an active member of the Martha’s Vineyard Builders Association and foster close relationships with a range of professionals at the height of their craft, engaging the very best designers, engineers, and craftspeople appropriate for each project. We also participate in a bi-annual conference with an exclusive group of homebuilders from selective markets throughout the United States to exchange ideas and discuss the latest developments in the field.

Although much has changed in residential construction in the almost 40 years since Andrew Flake embarked on his first residential construction project, our mission has endured: to foster an efficient, transparent, collaborative, and enjoyable building process that yields unparalleled results.
